Who we help
Businesses that make money inside a service area
If your customers search with a town name attached, or with "near me" on the end, you are the fit. We work across categories rather than one narrow niche, because the local playbook holds up everywhere.
Home services
HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, pest, and remodeling. High intent, high ticket, and won or lost in the map pack.
Banks and credit unions
Branch pages, membership eligibility, and rate content that ranks locally and still passes compliance review.
Medical and dental
Practices and clinics with multiple providers, where the search is a specialty plus a neighborhood.
Law firms
Practice area pages by city, built to compete in categories where every competitor is already spending on ads.
Multi-location brands
Ten locations or a hundred. Location pages, profile management, and reporting that rolls up by region.
Retail and restaurants
Storefronts that need to be found on a phone, three blocks away, by someone deciding in the next ten minutes.
What we do
Everything that moves a local ranking
Local SEO is a short list of things done properly and repeatedly. Here is the list.
Google Business Profile management
Categories, services, attributes, photos, posts, and Q&A. The single highest-leverage asset in local, and the one most businesses set up once and forget.
Service and city pages
A real page for every service crossed with every town you cover, written to be useful rather than spun. This is how you rank outside the pin.
Citations and NAP cleanup
We find every wrong address, dead phone number, and duplicate listing across the directories that feed Google, then fix them at the source.
Local link building
Chambers, suppliers, sponsorships, local press, and trade associations. Links from your actual geography, not a network.
Review generation
A request flow that fires after the job is done, plus response templates. Review count and velocity are ranking factors and closing factors at once.
AI search visibility
ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews now answer "best plumber in Cranston" directly. We build the citations and structured data that get you named.
Process
What the first 90 days look like
No six-month ramp before anything ships. The audit is week one, the fixes start week two.
Weeks 1 to 2
Audit and map
We pull your map pack position from every zip code you serve, grade your profile against the top three competitors, and hand you a fix list ranked by what will move first.
Weeks 3 to 8
Fix the foundation
Profile rebuilt, listings corrected everywhere, your highest-value service and city pages written and live, review requests running. Most of the movement happens here.
Week 9 onward
Expand and compound
New towns added month by month, links earned locally, pages refreshed. Reported against calls and form fills, not impressions.
Questions
Answers before you book
How long before I see results?
Profile and listing fixes can move map pack position in two to six weeks because they correct data Google already has. Ranking a new city page in organic results usually takes three to five months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either lying or counting a keyword nobody searches.
What does this cost?
We work on monthly retainers, priced on the number of locations and the size of your service area. You get a firm quote after the audit, so the price reflects the actual work. There is no long contract.
Do you only work with businesses in Rhode Island?
No. We are based in Providence and work with businesses across the US. Local SEO is done remotely, and the only thing that has to be local is your customer base.
What access do you need from me?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, plus Google Analytics, Search Console, and your website CMS. You stay the owner of every account. We never take ownership of a profile, and you keep everything if we part ways.
Do you write the content or do I?
We do. Service and city pages are written in-house, then sent to you for review before publishing. For regulated categories like banking and healthcare, we build in a compliance review step.
Is there a contract?
The first 90 days are committed because that is how long the foundation work takes to show up. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.
How do you report on results?
A monthly report covering map pack position across your service area, calls and direction requests from your profile, form fills, and organic traffic to money pages. Rankings are context. Calls are the number.
What if I already have an agency?
Start with the audit. It will tell you plainly whether what you are paying for is working, and you can take that report anywhere, including back to your current agency.
